We offer owners, boards, and company management a wide range of qualified financial services within capital acquisitions, M&A advice, listings, investor relations and optimization of capital structure.

For companies with a capital need, Pensum can assist in arranging and implementing capital acquisitions both through loans (primarily bond loans) and through equity.

Pensum has approval from the Oslo Stock Exchange to be able to act as a so-called “Advisor” for companies that wish to be listed on Euronext Growth.
